Small fish seems to to be the word of the day. The past couple of days have produced a steady catch of short striped bass with a few keepers here and there. Weather and ocean conditions are very fishable just too few keepers to go around. The method to catching these fish hasen’t changed much, Avas or any thin metal, needle fish and SP style minnows all fished with sand eel style teasers is still the way to go. Clams and cut bunker will also work when fish are present, due to their ability to draw fish in. John Yac
