HAPPY FATHERS DAY !! The forecast couldn’t be any better for a trip to the surf with dad, for those who are still fortunate enough to still have one with them. Thanks dad for giving me the burning desire to fish, it has brought me a lifetime pleasure! The boats are still pulling large striped bass from the bunker schools along our shores, using the snag and drop method along with trolling large bunker spoons. The surf continues to produce blues, bass and fluke mostly on bait but your favorite artificial lures will still work. Crabbing from our dock and our rental boats are producing some nice catches. Blues still roam the bay in mixed sizes and can be taken on cut baits and poppers… John Yac
