Another great beach day in the forecast! Fishing remains quiet along the surf due to the drop in ocean temperature caused by the abundance of southerly winds we have been experiencing. As the water temperatures rise with a wind shift so will the bite. Fluke will begin feeding again in all their ambush spots, and small blues will be searching for a easy meal. The bay on the other hand is doing a little better, their are still fluke at the BB and BI buoys although a lot more shorts then keepers and small to medium size blues are still chasing small poppers and metals. Crabbing is more than holding it’s own from our rental boats while our dock is a bit slower. Snapper blues are gaining size daily and keeping the kids interested…. John Yac
