Small blue fish in the 2 to 5 lb range have found their way into the surf. Fluke are still providing dinner for the anglers willing to seek them out. As usual less fishing and bathing pressure now that the weekend is over. As far as bait goes for these two species of fish, squid spearing and killies will work well on the fluke. Cut bunker and mullet always is a good way to go for blues. Crabbing remains in high gear on the west side of the bay and snapper blues are gaining in size and range… John Yac
