Summer? Fall? you pick, and if your confused, so are the fish. Striped bass in our area sensing that the water temps are still too warm to start them on their fall run and feeding frenzie, remain in a holding pattern regardless of the calendar date. Thank God for the small blues keeping the anglers busy till things return to normal. The southerly winds of the next few days should bring down the water temps a bit and maybe get things started.
