A little better today, wind wise that is, but air temps are keeping most surf guys off the beaches. Schools of bunker remain just out of casting range and the few nice bass that have been caught the past few days were mostly on clams and SP minnow swimming plugs. It’s not over yet, reports of sand eels come in daily from off shore boats and birds are diving on something small. So all we need is a push of those little guys in shore and the season will go on through the holidays, lets all hope!… John Yac
