Wind and rough surf conditions have been keeping the few anglers that say “it’s not over till it’s over” from hitting the beaches the past few days. Words of a few small bass have trickled in from the south end of IBSP, but not much to speak about. Fresh clams are all but gone and salted will be your only choice along with some quality vacuum packed bunker to give you a alternative bait option.
