Spring?? The calendar may say so, but you body sure doesn’t believe it! I’ve been fishing IBSP the past couple of days to get a look at the shore line and to see first hand what’s up. The beach and cuts look good throughout the whole stretch and driving on the beach in the spring is always a pleasure before the heavy traffic chews up the place. I didn’t do much on artificials but when I dunked a clam in all those good looking spots it was a different story. The bass were all shorts but quality healthy fish never the less. We seem to be off to a slow start but as you know it can change on a dime. Blues in mixed sizes have been reported in the bay behind the park. Fresh bunker and clams are on their way and the weekend weather looks good!… John Yac
