We are well into the summer fishing mode now where fishing and crabbing becomes a matter of just picking your day, finding your favorite spot, and giving it your best try. In the surf there are fluke small blues and blowfish by day, with brown sharks and always the possibility of that elusive striped bass coming by during the night tides. The crabbing from the dock and rental boats remains steady. There are some blowfish and snappers to keep the kids busy when they get tired of crabbing… John Yac
