If you are new to surf fishing and really never seen a cow nose ray up close with a 3 ft. plus wing span now is the time to check them out. IBSP yesterday at top of the tide had “rays on parade” from the wash to out passed the first wave, rays in singles, twos, and threes lazily flapped their wings as they moved south with the tide. Not the greatest thing for the surf fisherman but interesting to watch never the less. On the brighter note, sharking in the park after dark is doing well. Remember these Sand Tigers should be released unharmed ASAP for they are on the endangered species list… John Yac
