Fishing Report

Sharking in IBSP at night is the only game in town right now. More and more brown sharks are taking cut bunker and mackerel on the night tides. If you never tried this type of fishing, you should. There is just a couple of requirements before you attempt this. A heavy surf outfit spinning or conventional, large strong hooks 10/0 plus on sturdy wire leaders, a good size chunk of bait of your choice and last but far from least a well secured sand spike. Crabbing in the bay and back waters is good with a fair amount 5″ plus crabs being taken. Snapper blues are still keeping the kids busy… John Yac
