This is definitely the year of the bluefish! From snapper blues to teen size slammers, in the inlets, in the surf and back in the bay. Just about wherever you wet a line bluefish were present. The surf right now is the scene of cocktail size blues smashing schools of silver sides (spearing) from the Hights right through IBSP. With more and more cooler nights, causing lower water temps, which will increase bait migrations. On these migrating schools of bait you will find big bass and slammer blues in hot pursuit marking the start of the fall run!… John Yac
