Fishing Report

The summer beat goes on! Fluke and blues are being taken in the surf from our local beaches. IBSP seems to be the beach of choice for most summer surf anglers. Gulp fished on a buck tail seems to be the number one choice for the summer time flatties. This combo has accounted for some nice fish being taken in the surf. Small metals and assorted poppers and swimmers have been scoring on the small to medium size blues as of late. Fishing bait on the bottom is a sure way to get into rays and dog fish! Crabbing in the bay is just OK, not on fire, but decent catches are being made by those willing to put in the time. Snappers are still slow but spot and blowfish are on the rise.

FYI: >>> GULP BLOW OUT SALE!! >>> ALL 6″ swimming mullet and 6″ grub packs NOW $5.00 while they last!!
