The party goes on just out of our reach of the shore bound angler as usual. Surf anglers from Lavallette to Seaside Park yesterday stood and watched boat anglers take fish while there rods remained silent. There is plenty of bait just off shore but for surf bound anglers it’s just out of reach. The bite for us surf guys for the past few days has been all in the dark, clams, bunker and swimming plugs have all been catching keepers. But soon as first light, the party is over…. John Yac
