The lions share of bass are still being taken in the dark on clams, cut bunker and swimming plugs. Most of your favorite spots are producing so there is really no one or two locations you must be at. Daytime is a different matter altogether and finding the schools of bait is definitely the key. Thank God gas prices have come down a bit lately, because you will be burning some extra during the day in your pursuit of the striped bass. Weather and wind direction looks great for the next few days, so why not give it a shot. You never know when thing will really break open… John Yac
