Sure was great to see some of our old friends at the Berkley show. For a brief second it made us almost forget about Sandy (I said almost!!) but not quite, we all still traded horror stories and bright hopes for the up and coming season. The fish seem as nothing has happened and reports of striped bass being caught in the usual bay hot spots are being reported daily. Small lures and worms seem to be doing the trick. The shop will be running a 20% off on spooling up your reels both with Power Pro or mono along with weekly in store tackle specials. Early season operating hours will be Fri – Sat – Sun for the time being with store hours expanding shortly…John Yac
