The pick goes on! A few keeper bass found their way to local scales yesterday with most of the fish falling to well presented natural baits. Cut bunker and clams should be your 1 - 2 punch. SP minnow style swimmers and small surface poppers are still getting the attention of feeding fish. Our shop is loaded with Holiday Specials. So why not stop in and take a look... John Yac

The epic fall run of bass and blues continues. Mid size bass and blues are still chasing bait right up on the sand well within the reach of surf bound fisherman. Small surface swimmers and poppers are leading there artificial selection. Cut bunker and clams fall just behind that. The boat guys are trolling up much larger bass and blues on Tony Maja bunker spoons out by the 3 mile line. This bite still has a lot of steam left so keep on trucking!... John Yac

lures go just about anything you wanted to throw was working. Peanut bunker and small herring were the baits being attacked. With the amount of bait in our area and the favorable water temperatures this bass bite has a way to go before its over... John Yac
