Now that yesterday's weather is behind us, today's forecast looks to be very surf fishing friendly. Fresh clams and cut bunker is always a good bet when searching for fish and don't forget exploring the drop off right in front of you for keeper fluke. Buck tails tipped with squid or gulp will do the trick if those flatties are home...John Yac

Bass and blues on the beach fronts are in a slow pick mode. Fluke are being taken in the wash on well presented fresh and artificial baits. The back bay is starting to produce keeper crabs with a little more regularity, a couple of our half day rental boats this weekend had a couple dozen nice crabs each. Small blues are still available on cut baits and are also taking small poppers along with small metal...John Yac

Same story as yesterday with some bass and blues being mostly taken on clams and bunker. Blow fish are out there as well if you care to try for them with a blow fish rig with a little piece of clam and or fish bites.
The back again produced some small blues and the crabs are starting to come out with a few nice sized keepers being taken.

Bass, blues, fluke and blow fish are around in the surf. Clams and bunker are still the way to go. We have plenty of fresh clams, bunker and sand worms as well as an assortment of frozen baits for your needs.
The crabs are starting to pick up in the bay and there are also blow fish and small blues around.

Great Day to get out there and try your luck! Bass, blues, fluke, and blow fish are all available in the surf. Fishing remains a slow pick but with the improving weather and winds things can turn around fast. Shore bound crabbers are starting to pick up keeper in their pots and the bay is still producing small blues, blow fish and some keeper fluke. Most of the better fishing in the bay is by boat with the BB and BI buoys being good spots to try...John Yac
