Today is the first WACKY WEDNESDAY of the season! Come on in and get your clams because with this east wind its a perfect day to bait fish. The bass action slowed down yesterday with the hard south blow we had through the night. The blowfish action was hot though will double headers coming in one after another on the casino fishing pier. As a reminder Saturday is opening day fluke season so we be stocking all the regular fluke baits this week. Scott

Fishing Report

Well yesterday's fishing was right on the mark for a great spring run. Largest bass weighed in was 41.80 by John Longo from his boat off Island Beach on bunker. Seaside pier was hot once again led by Scott with a 30lb bass on bunker. Beach fishermen were also cashing in on the action in the Ortley beach area with bass and 8-10lb class blues... John Yac

The fish keep coming through the door! John Longo brought in a 41.80lber from the boat off ibsp. Lou Ferris has 2 in the upper 20's. Big bluefish hit the beach in ortley a little more then an hour ago. Get out there!!! Scott

Fishing was hot this morning on the casino fishing pier and on the beaches from seaside to lavalette. We landed fish to in the low 30's snagging and dropping on the pier. No need to list any names these guys dont need an introduction. Schools of bunker stretched for miles this morning so get your snag hooks out and ready. Scott

A few nice keeper bass coming out of Island Beach State Park on clams and bunker... as long as you get past the skates... Last weekend for those good eating black fish so get out there and give them a shot... We have FRESH bunker... clams... and lively green crabs... John Yac
