For the last 3 days the crabbing has been on fire off our dock and on the rental boats. Every person is averaging a bucket full in just 2 hours. There is one customer on the dock now and he is working on his second bucket full in just 45 min! Fishing from the surf has been hit or miss but there are fish being caught. You have to be out there to catch one. Its gonna be a perfect weekend to rent a boat or take a jet ski ride so get off the couch and come on down and enjoy the weather. Scott

Crabbing was very steady again yesterday. Most people had 5 dozen or more catches in a few hours. They are out there again this morning filling their buckets up. I haven't heard much from the beach so far this morning. When i do ill keep everyone posted. Scott

Crabbing from the Dock has been excellent with 3 different people scoring a 5 gallon bucket full of keepers in a short time yesterday. Over the weekend the rental boats also had good catches of blueclaws. Overall a great early start to the season...

A great morning of bass fishing on the boats and kayaks. Ibsp to ortley beach lit up this morning. Mulitple bass over 40lbs were caught. Snag and drop was the way to go. Scott
