The bay and rivers have been producing some short to keeper bass, while winter flounder in our area remains a slow pick. The good flounder action seems to be at the Mantoloking bridge area right now. Small plugs, jigs and worms are working on the bass. Worms and plenty of chum is the way to go with the winter flounder… John Yac
