Opening Day of flounder was off to a good start with flatties biting on bloodworms and clam chum... Scott and some of the regulars got out and caught plenty of flounder fishing early in the am... Flounder seem to already be on the move with catches made @ the mantoloking bridge and areas south of Toms River... There should still be fish in the Toms but we didn't get any reports from the fishermen that headed that way... Bass are starting to be caught on the beaches on clam and small plugs at night around structure are producing early season bass... We have worms, chum and fresh clams in stock now!...John
