Reports of bluefish off the beaches from SSH-Lavalette yesterday afternoon... Plenty of mullet in the wash and with this mornings light NE wind things could be good today for surfcasting... Blowfishing in the bay remains outstanding with  salted clams and squid used for bait in conjunction with a heavy dose of clam chum...  Johnny "Docks"

It was a nice afternoon on the dock with a couple kingfish and a bunch of blowfish caught. Snappers were also hitting spearing for those fishing for them. Reports of nice sized blues were caught off the surf as well as a 29 inch striper on clams. The blues were caught on metal. Mario

Another slow day for crabs off the dock but the blowfish and snappers kept the people fishing busy. Blues and fluke are still the best bet off the surf.   Mario
