Crabbing was very steady again yesterday. Most people had 5 dozen or more catches in a few hours. They are out there again this morning filling their buckets up. I haven’t heard much from the beach so far this morning. When i do ill keep everyone posted. Scott

Crabbing from the Dock has been excellent with 3 different people scoring a 5 gallon bucket full of keepers in a short time yesterday. Over the weekend the rental boats also had good catches of blueclaws. Overall a great early start to the season…

Yesterdays fishing was consistent with what has been happening. The kayak boys had a early quick bite off Ortley beach area with a 37 lb and a 34 lb bass coming across our scale. The surf gave up some nice keepers both on clams and bunker chunks, with a 8.5 lb blue fish coming out…

Crabbing from the Dock and rental boats is very good this morning.. One customer on the Dock is still crabbing with 36 keepers… Two of our rental boats also came back in with a full bucket of crabs each… Bluefish finally showed in decent numbers west of the BB buoy last evening…

Read MoreBluefish and crabs is the story over here! Both are being caught on our pier and the rental boats. Mark Stewart landed a 8lber on a bunker chunk out on one of the rental boats. Another guy crabbing went home with 3 dozen keeper crabs in just a few hours.

Just had 3 more bass weighed in… We have had a few anglers come back from Lavalette-Seaside Heights area that have caught bass today on both clams and bunker… All are reporting 6oz to hold bottom…We also have a ton of bunker behind the shop with a couple of blues on them… Hopefully their friends…
