The café will remain open Thursday thru Sunday 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM for your dining pleasures. Just follow the well marked detour signs marked Dock Outfitters and it will put right at our driveway! Once again thank you very much for your year long patronage and we are hoping this construction mess don’t last…

The shop is now open… Thursday-Sun. Road construction has made for some changes getting here…Come over the bridge and follow the signs to Seaside Heights. Go south on Bay Blvd to Porter Ave and follow the signs to the Dock Outfitters….John

MERRY CHRISTMAS to all our friends and customers!!!

Some shorts were around yesterday and metal and teasers seemed to be what they wanted. The shop and cafe will be open tomorrow from 7 – 2:30 so stop in and take advantage of our Holiday sales. Mario

First day of winter? The calendar says so, but not the temperature! They are still catching small bass in the Lavallette and Ortley beach areas. Small metals with teasers along with small swimming plugs are doing the trick. So if your not willing to pack it in yet, gab your rod and give it one…

Some steady action yesterday just north of Seaside Hights around mid day! Mixed in with a bunch of short bass were a few keepers, one of which was taken by the shop’s Phil Dirt who along with his good buddy Al enjoyed some late season action. The fish were taking small metals, rubber sand eel imitations…

Better forecast today may bring a few more angler to the beach. Still a few small fish around taking small plugs and metals. Four days left to take advantage of our holiday specials.  John Yac

Still a go if you are willing to go! Short bass are still bending the rods of angler not willing to quit. The fish are taking small swimmers and 007 size avas right in the wash. So put on a extra layer of warmth and give it a try! Remember our new shop hours are…

No word from the beach, I don’t think anyone is trying, I guess everyone’s mind is on Christmas and all that last minute shopping and preparations. The shop is open from 7 AM to 5 PM. Stop by and pick up that last minute present for your special angler!    John Yac
