Fluke and Kingfish in the surf. Our dock has a mixed bag of spot, blowfish and snapper blues. Crabbing remains a chore of weeding through a load of shorts while landing some nice keepers.

Cocktail blues showed up yesterday off our dock out back giving our anglers quite a nice surprise! Small fluke were also in the mix along with a few spot. Crabbing remains a job of weeding through a bunch of shorts to put a catch together.

Island Beach State Park remains the best spot in our area to put a bend in your rod! Fluke this season are in good numbers in the surf, couple that with a 2 fluke at 16″ limit in the park only. Add to that free entry to the park this year makes IBSP a good…
